For all deliveries within Germany & Austria 3.95€.

Free premium shipping

For orders over 50€ for all deliveries within Germany & Austria.

Shipping zones:

We currently ship exclusively to Germany and Austria. We are working to expand our offerings so that we can soon ship across the EU.

Little tip:

There are various online services that allow you to send your package from Germany to Switzerland, for example. Our support team will be happy to help you.

Delivery times & further information:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days; our typical delivery time is 7-10 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive your item much sooner. However, please always check the product description for details. Some products may currently experience longer delivery times.

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and try to deliver all packages within the specified to deliver within a certain timeframe. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for package delays due to weather, incorrect address information, carrier issues, or issues beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.

If a package is lost, missing or the delivery cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will resend the order. Please note that orders with a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are non-refundable until the issue is resolved. If your package doesn't show up or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pfotenfreunde.de with your order number.
